hi, just had a first break up from my first love (gosh, too old for that isn't it?) been together for 3 years and suddenly he called it off because he had made a girl pregnant (fucker!). i just like any other normal person that had break up will suffer from some symptoms:
1)lose of appetite
2)often check on handphone whether there is miss call or sms from him
3)call him a lot of times
4)terrorism messages
5)depress
6)cry myself to sleep every night
7)constantly rehearsal what to say if bump into him
i know it is not worth to shed my tears or him. he will get his karma one day!! i try to stay strong by remembering those chinese saying "when those bad stuff doesn't leave, how do the good stuff will come", other saying are "every cloud has a silver lining" (IT IS TRUE!), "when there is a will, there is a way", "listen to your heart" and "do the right things"
when i in my sad mode, i come to realise that i wasn't the most pity person in the world. there are people are more pity those who has been dating for 10 years but they split, those celebrities' shameful break up story is all around the world etc. so as i'm searching online for some healing from break up tips, i found this quite useful Healing a Broken Heart

Another new blogger joining the team!
new blog for me (again!). this time i will be blogging constantly! i'm now experiencing my new life, new job, new me being more mature and new environment! i created this blog so as an alternative way to let out my feeling (ranting!) and problem as i have very little people to turn to.... most of them are busy with their own lifes and problems probably even more serious than mine!! also i'm an introvert, definition taken from http://giftedkids.about.com/od/glossary/g/introvert.htm
"An introvert is not simply a person who is shy. Shyness has an element of apprehension, nervousness and anxiety. Basically, an introvert is a person who is energized by being alone and whose energy is drained by being around other people.
Introverts are more concerned with the inner world of the mind. They enjoy thinking, exploring their thoughts and feelings. They often avoid social situations because being around people drains their energy.
When introverts want to be alone, it is not, by itself, a sign of depression. It means that they either need to regain their energy from being around people or that they simply want the time to be with their own thoughts. Being with people, even people they like and are comfortable with, can pevent them from their desire to be quietly introspective.
Being introspective, though, does not mean that an introvert never has conversations. However, those conversations are generally about ideas and concepts, not about what they consider the trivial matters of social small talk."
hope u guys have a new look on introvert people now!
